I’m amazed that this wasn’t thrown out of court long ago because I’m the one who chooses whether I want to watch commercials. I have been following this case diligently ever since I heard that I might lose my Auto Hop from one of my friends I work with at Dish. I never hesitate to fast-forward through commercials, so I’ve been happy that Dish developed the technology that I hope will forever rid me of my fast-forward button.
