Hulu has named Warner Bros. veteran Craig Erwich to head its content initiatives. The company announced on its blog Monday morning that Erwich will join on April 7 as svp and head of content. He will be charged with leading Hulu's original programming. He was most recently head of Warner Horizon Television, a digital of Warner Bros. Television Group.
