We have struggled with the right things to say,
but in times like this we feel that actions
speak louder than words.

We grieve all of the lives taken from the black community
and stand with those ready to create change.

Racism and injustice cannot be tolerated;
not now, not ever.

While we do not have all the answers, we are committed
to listening and having a deeper dialogue with our
team members, our guests, and our community.

It is our moral duty to work tirelessly with our
team members to uncover any possible gaps and
opportunities for improvement.
