Response Time Requirements

• Call requestor to confirm ETA upon receipt of this PO. If a technician cannot arrive at the work location within the specified time frame, the PO will be canceled and the work will be reassigned.
• If repairs will exceed the NTE amount, a detailed estimate is required within 24 hours of being on site.
• Notify the requestor immediately if you fail to be on site before noon on the requested install date or face a monetary penalty.
• Notify the requestor immediately if you are unable to complete scope by due date or if a return trip needed.

Permit/Inspection Requirements

• Do not begin work without the proper, required PPE (personal protective equipment).
• Field partner is responsible for Inspections and/or Permit Closeout.

Shipping/Receiving Requirements

• Inspect all product upon arrival for damages. Notify requestor immediately of any damages.

Installation Requirements

• Plan for weather patterns and notify requestor immediately if severe weather conditions prevent the scheduled survey/installation or interrupt the survey/installation.
• Field partner is responsible to identify themselves upon arrival as representatives of Stratus and check in with manager.
• Field partner must arrive at location adequately supplied with materials, parts, tools and equipment that must be in good working condition and fit for the purpose to execute the scope of work outlined. The field partner is responsible for providing tools, equipment and materials commonly used in your trade
• The field partner at all times shall keep the premises free from the accumulation of waste materials or rubbish caused by the project and keep all required tools, equipment and materials in an orderly and organized manner so as not to cause any detrimental impact to the operation of the facility
• Remove & dispose specified material/debris per EPA guidelines. Do no use site trash bins. Ensure 100% site clean-up daily.
• Recycle materials in accordance with Local and State Requirements.
• Installation must comply with all Local, State, Federal, Building and NEC/NFPA Requirements.
• Complete only the work outlined on this PO. Any additional work performed outside of scope of work on the PO will not be paid.
• Take Installation directions only from the requestor unless verbal or written approval received indicating otherwise.
• Note any additional outages and call requestor while on site for verbal authorization to repair outages found.
• Test signage upon arrival to ensure lighting 100%. Notify requestor of any discrepancy or damages immediately.
• Call the requestor before you leave site to give update on work performed.
• If no outages are found upon arrival, provide photos to verify all lighting is at 100%.
• Provide photo evidence of potential issues before work begins.
• Notify the requestor immediately of any and all property damages and/or injuries. Provide a full incident report to requestor within 24 hours.
• Provide a completed and signed disposal form at work order completion.
• Notify requestor immediately if it is discovered that there are items under manufactur warranty or items that are outside of your control creating a current outage or hazard/safety conditions.

Completion Requirements

• Provide site sign-off including arrival and departure times and store manager signature.
• See location contact or Site Manager upon arrival to verify exact outages.
• Submit invoice, customer sign-off, and completion photos within 5 business days in order for invoice to be paid
• Provide high quality, digital completion photos of each area included in the scope of work. All photos must be labeled and in focus.
